“The Town of Morrisville and the Morrisville Police Department is honored to have been selected as the newest champions of Chaney’s memory and legacy. Chaney’s story and how Chaney’s Champions came to be teaches us that the loss of a loved one does not have to be the end. The joy and light that they brought to us can be passed to others in a meaningful way. With each bear gifted, Chaney’s memory will live on and provide a constant source of comfort and hope to children in need. This I am sure of. “
